As many probably know, it’s all about the skin’s elasticity. Stretch marks are caused by changes in the connective tissue, which causes the elastic fibers to separate from each other.

The second type contains vitamin A acid in varying strengths and are often only available on prescription from a doctor. With these creams you can achieve a reduction or removal of existing stretch marks.

Aloe Vera drink will also help bring the body and skin the vitamins and minerals it requires, and the best are cold pressed aloe vera drinks. The good thing about it is cold pressed, is that the aloe vera then retains more of the healing effect which makes the stretch mark removal much more efficient. The gel is uniquely formulated and may in fact be called a vitamin bomb. 100 ml. drink a day is equivalent to 400 grams fruit and vegetables.
